Party

We had a birthday party for this girl today.

She had a hard time understanding that her party was today but her birthday was tomorrow. So, we just pretended it was today. We woke her up singing "happy birthday" in her bed and then went downstairs and opened presents. She was so much fun to watch and yelled "Hank you, hank you!" after opening each one.

All day people were asking her "How old are you now?". She would wrinkle up her nose and ask me "Mom, what's my name again?" By the end of the day she got it.

Her party was perfect with all (most) of her loved ones and her twin Cayden. She had the prettiest little horse cake (made with love by Hannah). She played with her cousins and second cousins and aunts and uncles in the baby pool and the bouncy house.

What a very fun third birthday.
