Shifted

September marks the one year anniversary of Nikki James Photography. This week I have been marveling at how far I've come in a year, where it all started, and how I got here. I look back on the past few years and see the many ways my life shifted to bring me here.

Bring me to this place that I love.

It's like I can trace the events in my life right up to this point and know I'm exactly where I am meant to be. Maybe this seems dramatic. I like drama.

I love this place, where I can learn and create and document and remember.

And I know that what comes next will be even greater.
